Hello,

Are there any plan to support Visual Studio 2012?

Thanks!

I'll take a look at this during the next week, I guess. I'll let you know here when I have some news.

I guess this is bad news. Visual Studio 2012 professional or higher is required to build extensions for VS2012. I can't afford the $1000 for it, so unfortunalety I'm not able to provide an update for VsTortoise that would work with VS2012. I'm sorry.

Contributions are welcome always! You can take a look at this document which describes how to build and debug VsTortoise.

It perfectly works as an Add-in for Visual Studio 2012. You just need to add appropriate VsTortoise.AddIn to "All Users\Microsoft\VisualStudio\11.0\Addins\".

Thank You for this useful product!

Yeah it's working without code changes.

I wanted to change inno installer file to create this directory automatically and some visual option for vs2012 but haven't got chance yet.

Doesn't work with Tortoise 1.8 though! Are there plans for V1.8?

Hi jarcha,

you can find a link to VsTortoise for VS2012 with SVN 1.8 support in this thread (search for "vstortoise32alpha_svn18.zip"). Even though it's just an alpha version, it does work fine. It's in testing for about a month and everything looks promising.

Is there a date when this will be generally available instead of beta?
