No menu on file right click

When I right click on a file the menu that is supposed to open up next to VsTortoise opens as a small, empty box.

Right-clicking open file and pressing "Commit" doesn't properly commit

In Beta 30 for TS 1.7, if you right click the tab of an open file in visual studio 2005 and press commit, the dialog that pops up never shows any modifications of the file, so you can't commit that...

Commands will be deleted from a custom toolbar, too!

Aaaarg - I created a "custom" toolbar with VsTortoise commands on and now closing Visual Studio causes VsTortoise to delete even these commands from my Toolbar, instead of only deleting from menus....

"Diff active document" always brings up the diff with one older revision, than the current

Using "Diff active document" causes a diff between the work version and the previous, NOT the current, revision!
