Missing buttons in Solution Explorer using Web Site Projects

When creating a Web Site Project, there are no VsTortoise buttons in the Solution Explorer context menu. Missing buttons for Web Site project as well as Web items (such as .html file).

I have noticed this also--using VS 2005. The context menu items are also missing from the text editor menu, but not for the tab context menu.

scratch that--it's just the solution explorer context menu that doesn't have them

unscratch that--sometimes the text editor menu has them; sometimes it doesn't. I got them to come back by checking and unchecking the integration options and restarting VS (text editor menu items only)

Hi datacube, thanks for the info! I already worked on several website interation related issues, but have so little time recently that my progress on fixing this is quite slow. I hope to have time for VsTortoise during chrismas vacation :)

I just uploaded VsTortoise 29 beta, which fixs this problem.
