The menu icons for VsTortoise commands are missing when using a non-english Visual Studio version. Commands2.AddNamedCommand2() cannot locate satellite DLL where the bitmap image resources are located, thus the icons are missing.

I tried running blame through the solution explorer window on a file. Instead of the blame screen, tortoiseMerge opened up. This is the tortoise SVN version info:

Through the menu item, I can actually blame a file. In the solution explorer context menu it does not work.

First I want to thank you for this nice addin. It does exactly what I need. Right now, there is only an update button. But not every revision of our company project is a stable version. Thus I prefer to update to a stable revision instead of updating to the head revision. Please add this command to your addin. Thanks in advance.

It would be nice to have the VsTortoise-commands in the code editor context menu. Thus I do not have to move the mouse file tab. How about an option to disable/enable the various context menus: Solution context menu, tab context menu, code editor context menu?

A filter exists only inside VS, but not on the file-system unlike folders. VsTortoise currently handles virtual folders like real folders and provides all the regular svn commands, which is incorrect. SVN commands should not be provided for virtual folders.

Reproduce:
* Fire up VS
* Open a project C++ which is under source control (C# does not support filters, only folders)
* Create a virtual folder (Main menu -> Project -> New Filter)
* Right click added item and check if VsTortoise provides commands

When I select multiple projects in the Solution Explorer and right-click on one of these selected items, the VsTortoise Update/Commit as well as the VsTortoise sub-menu is missing. It works when only one project is selected though.

When I double click a file entry in the "open modified file" window, the corresponding file is opened in visual studio. I prefer a diff view, like in TortoiseSVN. Could you change that?

Closed Issue: Support older versions of TortoiseSVN /notempfile switch [7338]

In older version of TortoiseProc.exe a temp file was used when supplying multiple paths to commands like update or commit. This could be switched off with the command line switch /notempfile.

Versions of TortoiseSVN after 1.5 no longer required this switch, sadly we are stuck using version 1.4.5 so we cannot use VsTortoise to update or commit files. Log still works however.

Can this be fixed?

The add-in does not display an error message, when TortoiseSVN is missing on the computer. Only the VsTortoise installer displays such a message yet.

Closed Issue: Add-in does not work, when "TortoiseSVN/bin" is not added to PATH environment variable [7357]

I always though, TortoiseSVN adds its "bin" directory to the %PATH% environment variable. VsTortoise therefor just used "tortoiseproc.exe" to call the application. However, if "TortoiseSVN/bin" was not added to %PATH%, the add-in just rejects all commands without any error message. I observed TSVN 1.4.7 didn't add the bin directory to %PATH%.

When creating a Web Site Project, there are no VsTortoise buttons in the Solution Explorer context menu. Missing buttons for Web Site project as well as Web items (such as .html file).
