Sometimes there is a need to run VS.NET with elevated privileges.  Unfortunately, TortoiseSVN *never* runs with elevated privileges when invoked from Windows Explorer, and therefore often fails because it cannot get access to files. Since VsTortoise launches TortoiseProc directly, it's running elevated! Problem solved.  So thank you!!
